Officially the specialty sundaes are not on the to go menu. Unofficially, a search here reveals that some people have reported that you may be able to get them if the restaurant is not too busy.

I asked the cast member outside the restaurant last month. She said you could get any dessert at the to go window except the Kitchen Sink and the one with grilled banana bread.
