B&C question

I know that B&C doesn't take ADRs, but do they take your name and seat you in order? Or is it one of those places where you "hover" for a table? How about at the counter? Thanks!

There is a hostest who will seat you - no need to hover.

Try to go during off peak times and you'll get seated quickly. But, yes, there is a hostess that gives you a buzzer, and you are seated as soon as there is a table available for your group.

Be sure to ask how far you can travel with the buzzer & they can still reach you. We went inside the BC gift shop & it was too far. They also have take out but it is not on the DDP.

No ADRs, but they do take names. We went a couple weeks ago at 2:30 and the girl told us the wait would be 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I asked about the wait and she said it would be about 20-30 more minutes and No, we couldn't just grab a seat at the counter (though there were plenty available). We gave up and left.

The place is so much busier than it used to be.

You really do have to time it right to be seated quickly at this place because it is SO small. We were able to walk right up and get a seat for lunch at around 1:30pm (right after we arrived at the resort) but just after we got there a big line formed (even though it wasn't really peak lunch time) and once you are waiting I can imagine that you are really waiting a long time because there are so few tables that turn over is really slow. After our experience, I would NEVER wait to eat there, actually I would never eat there again! The food (including ice cream) was average at best, service was horrible, the tables are tiny, and the place was filthy.

Sorry, but takeout was discontinued a couple of years ago. Probably because it took such a long time to get through the line. That section is now only for ice cream takeouts -- not food.
