My DD14 just won second place in the state wide spanish competition and my DS11 scored 100 on his state academic achievement tests! Since we are leaving for DW Sat, due to arrive Sun, I thought we would do something special to celebrate, (As is our custome for high achievements) BUT with 7 in our family, the cost must remain low.

After all the replies to my "Cheapest most fun meal option" posts, I am thinking that a Kitchen Sink dinner would be just the thing!

I told the kids a while back how we would some times have icecream for dinner when I was a kid, and they have never forgotten. Every now and then they still say how they would like to do it too. BUT my DH is a nutrition nut, and would never allow such a thing....I figure in this case I should go ahead and over rule him (sly grin).

Unless you have some thing else to suggest...like I said special, unique, but CHEAP.

:flower:

I think the kitchen sink is the perfect option here...it would be enough for lunch for all of you (I think)....and where else at WDW could 7 eat lunch for under $30 inc tax and tip??

Remind DH that it is vacation....if he doesn't want icecream for lunch it just leaves more for everyone else!! (I have a serious nutrition nut for a spouse also and while I generally try to comply and accomodate there are times where I just out vote him!!)
