Awful Food and/or Service

Alright, so you're at a Disney restaurant and you take a bite of your meal and it's god-awful or your service is just plain terrible, at "normal" restaurant, you ask for the manager, explain the situation and they either comp your meal or give you a gift certificate for next time - how does this work at Disney? Do they give you your points back? Has this EVER happened??

And this is not to offend any of our wonder DIS'ers that are in the food service industry - I know that YOU are wonderful, but not everyone else is.....

I'd talk to the front desk at my hotel that night, I've heard they know how to better handle the situation and usually put the credits back on your card.
