Avoiding Epcot weekends for food/wine, what to do at night?

So I have been warned to avoid Epcot for Food/Wine on Fri/Saturday nights due to crowds.

Any suggestions what to do those nights?? Are any other parks open late?

This would be during the last weekend of October. We will probably be doing the Halloween party on the Sunday night.

Any suggestions of good places to get cocktails? Maybe a late resort dinner? We are staying at The Beach Club.

thanks! :)

Also, is the daytime easier to manage during the weekends?

I know on the Sunday if we go to the Halloween party at night, we would probably just sleep in that day and go eat lunch/early dinner at Food/Wine before party, feasible?

The best time to visit the F&W kiosks is right when the World Showcase opens (11 a.m.) on weekdays. You'll be able to go from kiosk to kiosk at that time with little to no lines.

Well, we're going to go a few weeknights as we are staying right there, the crowds won't bother me that much. Just plan to eat/drink/people watch.

Mostly concerned with the weekend.
I'm mostly avoiding Friday and Saturday nights and just wondering what people do when the other parks close early. :)

If you go right when they open at 11 you will have about an hour to two hours before it starts getting overly crowded on a Saturday. Especially if you walk in via IG and then hit the booths that are furthest away from the main entrance. On a Friday you'll have until about 3 to 4 pm because the locals will start showing up when they get off work.

Being at the Beach Club you have loads of places to go for drinks and dinner or some appetizers. Flying Fish, Crews Cup, Il Mulino, Bluezoo, Kimonos, even Martha's Vineyard or Hurricane Hanna's, and ESPN or Big River if you prefer "pub food." If you have the dining plan, although the Swan and Dolphin restaurants are great places to just drop in, they don't take the dining plan.

I think Saturday we will just avoid the park the entire day!

We'll try Sunday early afternoon before Halloween party, can always leave if it's too bad.

I was thinking Bluezoo for drinks and appetizers, do they serve food at the bar later into the evening?

I don't recall how long they serve but some websites say it's 3:30 to 11 pm.

Jellyrolls is a piano bar on the Boardwalk - loads of fun. There is also a dance club. Lots to do in the Epcot resort area!

Also, the Future World area of Epcot will be almost empty in the evening hours.

Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dance admit age 21 and older only. There's a cover charge for Jellyrolls.

Atlantic Dance is not open every night. Not sure about the schedule but may be just weekends.
