Avis Preferred

Has anyone rented with Avis using Avis Preferred? The reservation agent told me that the preferred cars were on the second floor of the parking garage and it seemed that the directions to this area were complicated. Will a skycap be willing to come with us (and our bags) to this second floor location?

Actually getting to Avis from the baggage area is quite simple, however, yes, if you tip the skycap he will take you anywhere you want to go.
