Avis, Good deal?

I saw a $20 off Avis Groupon. I priced a 7 day rental from 5/12-5/19 for TPA. A premium rental would be $199 using their code and the Groupon discount. Is this a good rate? It works out to be about $28 a day.

I am all for priceline and I have a costco membership if those will get me a better rate. We usually do Disney and ME so we don't usually rent cars. TIA for any help!

That's a pretty good rate. You might still be able to do better though. Go ahead and book it at this rate but keep checking as you get closer to the trip. If the rate goes down you can rebook at the lower rate.

On expedia.ca you can get a prepaid rate of $130.55 with Dollar or $134.93 with Budget for a full size inc taxes. A premium is $205.52 with Budget. Even US residents can book here as well.

I haven't used the ca site before. I wonder if I would have to pay a fee on my cc for the conversion. The current conversion is $129.38 US. I read it over, but want to make sure I am correct. That includes all fees and taxes correct? If so, even with a conversion fee, that's a GREAT deal to me!
