Avis and Dreams Unlimited Office - Is it Worth Stopping and How Far Apart?

We'll be renting a car from Avis and dropping it off in Cocoa Beach. We'll be staying in DW and driving to Port Canaveral. How far is the Dreams Unlimited Office from the Avis Rental Car location and is it worth stopping before the cruise? BTW - I love Dreams Unlimited and have used them for our last three cruises and they have been awesome!

We stopped in after a cruise, met some of the staff and got some local directions. Asked some questions about DU and met an agent that we used for a future cruise. It is a small office but being a Disboard member I wanted to stop by!

We stopped by on our way to a cruise. They gave us a nice cup of coffee and we had a great chat. We also received some gifts for dropping by and they made us up the gift baskets we would have received in the post had we not been from the UK. It was also directly opposite the Dollar rental return we were looking for which was a bonus!
So well worth a visit, but don't know where the Avis return is.
