Avengers Academy offerings on a 5 night cruise vs. a 7 night cruise

Wondering if anyone has any insight or experience in Disney magic cruises with avengers academy on a 5 night vs a 7 night cruise? Would we miss a lot more of programming on a 5 night? Do they still do the 2 days of shield training?

Sorry to hijack but I have a question regarding the 2 days of shield training. Is each day of shield training the same or is day 2 a continuation of day 1?

It is 2 30 minute "training" sessions, one you do your mask, hero name and cape, the next you meet Captain America and become Iron Man.
