2 totally different experiences, and while I know Hagrids has a much better theme, and I love Harry Potter wasaaassaaaay more than Avatar, I’m choosing Flight of Passsage. It’s fabulous, and always makes me smile. Disney finally made a great simulator ride . I don’t even like Avatar, but love that ride.

I agree with you! I’m a huge HP fan and love Hagrid’s. The animatronics, music, thrill etc are fantastic on Hagrid’s. But I, too, would have to give FoP a slight edge. I truly feel transported to another world on that ride and I get off that ride with literal tears running down my face… tears of joy and an overwhelming feeling of being surrounded by innocent beauty. Haha maybe I’m just emotional but that ride just gets me every time.

I went with Hagrid’s. I like them both but overall I much prefer roller coaster to screen rides so in this case a good coaster beats a great screen ride.
