We have not closed on our contract yet and are wanting to take a trip in a couple of weeks away. I am not expecting to find any studio availability for our trip dates and will probably pay cash for a moderate. Well, I was on disney.com and searched for a deluxe villa studio during our trip, and found one available at saratoga. Does that mean it is available for DVC members to book as well?

No, DVC availability and CRO availability are separate. CRO rooms are not owned by DVC members.
