Availability during August?

I am waiting for our resale to go thru ROFR and will close thereafter, I'm expecting to be in the system May timeframe. Can someone tell me based on past experience if there would be availability during August?

It's 3 months out.

If you don't care which WDW DVC resort and are flexible regarding your August dates, you should be able to find something. Believe it or not, August is not one of the more difficult times to book.

We were in the same boat as you last year at this time and we were able to book a studio at the Beach Club with no problem. Good luck and Welcome Home.

I don't think you'll have any problem at all.

I booked for our August trip about three weeks ago. We were able to get a studio at the BCV. MS told me there was plenty availability for the week we would be there (Aug 7-14). She did say at the time there was only one studio left for August 16th as I had two weeks we could have traveled, so she checked them both for us.

You may not be able to get your first choice, but I'm sure you'll be able to get something. We usually have our first choice in mind, but, if that's not available, we're happy to get anything.

When I spoke with MS on Friday regarding availability August 22-31, I was told that there were still plenty of Studios at both SSR and OKW, and some at VWL. I'm not sure what size unit you're looking for, so I'm not sure if this helps you at all. Hope it does!

We closed on Firday and I booked 1 night at Vero in a ocean view room and 5 nights at OKW in a two bed 21st - 25th August with no problem. MS said their was plenty of availability
