Avaiability in same month

How accurate is the Resort availability forum within the same month? Do people really updated it for short term rentals?

The availability forum is really only accurate in pointing out what is not available. (A category a member just booked may not be available to anyone else if they booked the last one)

A member calling MS is the only way to verify if something is available.

In my experience SSR and possibly OKW units generally the only available choices for last minute trip adjustments.
