I've seen a couple photos of MK's Main Street in October, with decorative garlands in the entrance, along Town Square, I think. Never having been to WDW between early Sept and Thanksgiving, we're thinking of an Autumn visit to WL next year.
We really enjoy pretty Autumn decorations - the gorgeous colors, all the plants and farm harvest themes. For us, it's not Autumn without apple-picking, hayrides, leaf-peeping waterfall hikes, fresh cider and pumpkin pie!
OTOH, we don't really care so much for a Halloween theme - jack o'lanterns, ghosts, skeletons, witches. That's fun for lots of people, especially the kids. But it just doesn't float our boats.
Soooo, which kind of decorations are emphasized at the Disney parks in October? How elaborate? Which parks? What about the resorts? When do they go up and come down?
Thanks very much for your input!
