autotrain - sanford station renovation

Anyone been in the Sanford Autotrain station recently? I read that there is a 10 million dollar renovation planned - has it started yet?

according to press releases ground breaking was May of 09 with completion expected fall of this year. They had built a fairly substatial temporary waiting area with a/c in a 'soft sided' structure.
