Does the 15% gratuity which is added on to alcholic beverages go specifically to the person serving them? For example, did my Assistant Server get the 15% directly in her pocket for drinks we ordered with dinner?
If it does, and you're a party that orders a lot of drinks with dinner, it's quite possible that your Assistant Server ends up getting tipped better than your Server once you add in the gratuity at the end of the cruise.
How about the Palo fees of $5 for dinner and $10 for the champaign brunch....do those additional charges go directly to the server?
