Autographs on Card Stock -good or bad?

Hi Everyone - this is what I am going to try out this year when we go down in July .. I have gotten 2 of the scrap packs from AC Moore (the 1 lb packs for 2.97) they have in them different colored card stock cut mostly in squares but there is about 35 or so in each pack that are in a rectangle 4 inches long by 2 inches high it got to me to thinking why can't I get a black clip (paper clip type thingies) and clip them together have the character sign one and then move it to the back and there is a free one for the next character and so on through our whole trip - not as bulky as 2 autograph books and we can have the freedom to scrap them as we want when get home - what do you all think ?? I will have a few fat sharpies and a few skinnier CM pens with me and each child will have 50 -- that should be good for a 7/6 night stay.. Thanks Michelle

(my orginal idea was to get tags - plain white or manilla -- and have the characters sign those but I reall am liking this new thing I thought of)

i did this on my last DCL cruise...it worked well!

i got my "cartooney" colored cardstock at Michaels and matched each color with what the character was wearing.

the only bad thing is that the cardstock is flimsy for the character to hold and sign so be sure you have something hard underneath it. Like your kids' autograph book.

I did this on our last two trips. -- just remember to have the card stock big enough so the cast members who where those huge gloves can hold it to write on. Also don't forget your Acid Free Marker!!

I did this a few years ago and also brought with me a sm clip board for them to sign on.
