Autograph pages needed

I am in need of new autograph pages for the new Hollywood and Vine line up.. I would like it to be a two page spread 8x8 in size.

Also, if someone had a DISNEY Visa holder page that contains a picture of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, and Goofy with 1 spot for autographing as we never know how many characters will be in there.
