Autograph covers? OOPS!

Duh I have my autograph book printed, cut and ready to be bound. I forgot one thing! The COVER!! Not good when I got all the way to the store to have it bound and realized I forgot the cover. Too many things going on at the same time!

So....who on the board has autograph covers? I've looked at the different designers for an hour and can't seem to find the covers. thanks for your HELP!!
