Autograph Cover

I found a very nice autograph book for the kids but hate the cover. I looked and found most of the links were to create the book itself. Can anyone make 2 covers for me? I leave in 2 weeks and am just not talented enough to make then myself.

The book is 5 x 7

Here is what the book currently looks like.


I need one to have Mickey Mouse and say DJ's Autography Book (for a boy)
and one that has Pluto and says Alex's Autograph Book (for a girl)

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
