Autograph books???

I got some of these the other day. DD and I took cloth we bought from the fabric store and covered the front and back covers and decorated them Disney style. They actually look pretty good and professional. :)

I didnt know they would sign hats! Thanks for the info! Im going to buy hats for both my DS.

I heard big fat crayons work great.

I still might bring the big crayons, they show up so nice in the book and you can give each kid their "own" color so at first viewing you know which book belongs to which kid!!! No caps and the characters have no problems holding them. :flower1:

Crayons melt - just a thought

The Disney autograph books are $6. and available all over the parks and resorts, in all shops and even at small carts near the entrance to the parks.

You can bring/buy a nice fat pen for signing as that is easier for the characters to hold. Make sure there is nothing in their way like a cover and if you click it to make it work, do that for them as well.

I did notice on my last trip, some characters did have their own pens but not all of them did. Ariel had her own but others didn't.

Be careful with bringing markers (and avoid permanent ones!) as they can mark the character's glove and I'd avoid crayons too IMHO as they'd be difficult for some characters to handle. Some characters do not sign but have a stamp like Buzz and Bullseye.

Last year we went to one of the stores at the outlet malls and got the autograph books for $6.00 seems that is the price they were in the park also, same book. We found some fat markers at Walmart that were push button operation, kind of like a ball point pen but a marker -----some of the characters were very impressed with this as there were no caps to take on and off, drop, etc. Have a great trip!!!!!

A friend of mine had a great idea.....

Have Characters sign on every other page...this way you can take a picture with the character and when you develop the film, put the picture on the blank page above or below the autograph.

also we are going in April...I found autograph books at at The Dollar Tree
