Autograph books

Hi - Can anyone tell me how to make autograph books? TIA

I bought a plain book then bought Disney licensed scrapbooking supplies to jazz it up. First I used a Disney paper and hot glue to cover the original book. I can look for a pic later.

Found a pic, not the best, but you get the idea .
