I have bought my 3 kids CM 7x7 scrapbooks to use as their autograph books. I'm planning on having the characters sign on one page and scrap the other. My question is, what kind of pen should I have the characters use to sign. I've read on other boards on the DIS that the jumbo Sharpies are easier for alot of the characters to use but, I'm worried how safe that would be? If anyone has any input it would appreciate it.

Personally Ive used Crayola Markers- and I havent had a prob with them -- Plus they are pretty :) If you are overly concerned with the acid in them if you are not using plastic sheets between the pages then id shoot them with archival mist :)

I use plastic sheets so I dont worry about the whole "touching" thing :) -em

I just used my Zig markers I nevr noticed a problem for Characters with holding.

I noticed with some of the sharpies they will bleed through to the other side. :(

I too have my DS use a Zig marker or one of the big ball points that they usually sell near the autograph books.

the Rainbow Round Tip pens are perfect.... I'd worry about fading with any non-scrapbook pens ...

I was thinking the same thing about the round tip pens....
