Auto withdrawl. Dues didn't come out of checking account today. Why??

On the 15th of every month, DVC draws money out for one of our contracts and our dues. Only the money for the points came out today and not the dues money.

Any ideas why??

I am not 100% sure but I think I know the answer. Its a new year and like our house mortgages if you have one, the escrow gets adjusted and sometimes the mortgage sends you a redfund of escrow. We all received a credit from the underlying property mortgage and taxes and thus we do not have to pay the Jan MF and part of the FEB MF. Anyone else.

My DVC dues posted 1/15/09 as scheduled....floridafam, you might want to check with member services and see if they are experiencing a technical glitch.

Ours weren't taken out either. I seem to remember this happened last January too. I'll be keeping a close eye on it, because we will be checking in on Tuesday, and I don't want anything to happen!

Our member fees show up on the dvc website as having been paid for January, but when I checked my bank website nothing is showing as pending or paid. Anyone else have this?

Why the popcorn smilie??

I'll use the popcorn smile many times when i want to subcribe to the thread. Kind of a "i'm waiting for further information" or "looks interesting, i'd like to know that too"

ok...me again with illustrations....Just like going to a movie theater and eating all of the popcorn in eager anticipation before the movie starts.

Mine just came out of my account, was suppose to be near the first, and the amount was lower than expected.

The first payment will always occur on the 15th of January. After that, they will be either the 1st or the 15th depending on what you have setup.

They did come out yesterday. They have always come out on the 15th so it kind of threw me.

Mine was dated the 16th, although it didn't actually show up in my acct until today (17th)
