David Koenig is (or was?) the editor of Mouseplanet - he's not afraid to offer criticism where it's due, but I've not seen any indication of an agenda either way. He's not out to dredge up dirt for no reason, but neither is he a kool-aid drinker.
(BTW - maybe I'm out of the norm, but I'm a "like somewhat", rather than a "love" or a "hate".)
Interesting. I hope he did his research better than Pauline Frommer!
Another good book for Disneyphiles is Neal Gabler's book about Walt Disney himself. It's a little dry at times, with seemingly endless focus on this debt or that debt, but it's a really good book about his life, and includes quite a bit about the building of Disneyland.
Sounds like an interesting book! Maybe I should get it and read it on the way to Disney in 24 days!!! Boy, flying to Disney and reading a book about Disney world at the same time! Think I am a Disney addict??? NAH!!!!
