Australian Karen: my sweet dog has died and I am heartbroken beyond belief

Hey

So today we picked up the Minnie moo, she's everything we hoped for and more. The Schultz would have loved her.Heidi not so sure..

She is salt and pepper, weighs about a kilo and is aprox 20 cm long. She even tries to bark, but it comes out more as a squeak.

She was so tired this Arvo she fell asleep sitting up and face planted into her rug that didn't even wake her....

We are so grateful to get her, the breeders were so sad to see her go, she really had the wrapped around her little paws.

She is currently in her basket at my feet...

The dh and I are smitten.

so after 2 nights of no/ little sleep....at work trying not to fall asleep on my keyboard

Have been away Karen and missed the new addition. She is absolutely gorgeous! Congratulations on your new family member! (love her outfit too )

yep, she is cool

although she still is getting me up at 5.50am every morning....I now remember what it was like with newborns

potty training is an adventure, especially with all this wet weather...my umbrella and I are best friends....and i'm sure the neighbours love hearing me call minnie at weird hours....

and dont get me started on the teething..i'm sure she's hit bone too many times to count

had to take her to the vet last Thursday night..she broke[green stick fracture] a small bone in her back foot.... I left her alone for 10 mins to wash up and she was prancing around etc....landed wrong and snap....thank god the Vet didn't charge us the after 7pm $165 fee plus meds....shes fine now, still prancing....
