Australia Aquatic Swimming-HELP

Hi. I turned on the tv at 12:50am this morning and they were showing the Swimming in Australia. I quick glimpse and I thought they said of a Canadian winner. Did anyone see this show? It could of been a repeat. HELP The last name is Hurst, its our DD's best friend from here in Paris.

Not a repeat...it was the last day coverage of World Championships in Melbourne. From what I was following Canada only won 1 gold medal..and that was a "dead heat" in the 100m freestyle for men.

Brent Hayden won a gold in a dead heat in the men's 100m freestyle. I think that is the only event in which Canada earned a gold medal.
