Aulani res for 2 rooms at 7 mo mark

Hi -

We are planning a family trip at Aulani in Feb 2013 and I am going to reserve a 2bdr and a studio. I was planning on reserving the same view for both rooms but as I am going to have to wait till the 7 month mark I am going to be flexible.

Q1: Whatever I end up with, will they link the reservations so that they are nearby - I am guessing this won't be guaranteed but will they at least try?

Q2: If I cannot get the same view type for both rooms, what combo should I ask for (if I have a choice, I would like to not use the points for the ocean view) so that the rooms can be as near as possible, for example if I get a pool view and an Island Garden view can they be near each other or across the hall?

If you request a pool view and island garden view, they will be across the hall from each other.
