What are the rules for Floaties or toys at Aulani?

I’m wondering if they have regulations from using things in the pool? If so, how about the Lagoon?

The lagoon is a public beach, so Disney has no control over what you take in the water with you. I have seen children with small floaties and small toys in the pools on several occasions, but never anything large. Specifically, the rules state:
Some items are prohibited in the pools, including food and drinks, snorkels, fins, inner tubes without bottoms, kickboards, large flotation devices without net seats, mesh rings (except for infants), dive toys, and water guns. The resort does provide inner tubes for use in the lazy river.

It would not go well for someone who had a large flotation device and bumped into my kid in the pool or lagoon…..

I actually don't think they should rent the SUP's in the lagoon because it's too small, and 90% of the people who rent them can't steer them. I do get a kick out of people renting snorkels and boogie boards though, since there are no waves and about 6 fish in that lagoon.

I did it snorkeling in the lagoon day with one of my kids just so that they could practice…. but there was no point. I do enjoy rainbow reef once it has had a chance to warm up for the day as long as they have some antifog spray.
