Aulani on DVC points question

I am contemplating a trip to Aulani using next year's points. I know that I can book 7 months out but I swear I remember reading somewhere that there are additional resort fees and now I can't find this again SO my question is am I crazy or are there resort fees and parking fees to factor into the budget. Also if anyone is willing to point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not resort fees but a transient tax that the state of Hawaii charges based on room type and season. Here is the 2019 charts I don't see the 2020 or 2021 ones. https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/faq/pre-arrival-checklist/hawaii-tax/

Thank you. That's likely why I couldn't find the information again. The fees aren't as bad as I expected them to be.
