Aulani/Oahu: What to do with 3.5 year old and 9 month old?

Lots of sandcastles. Actually the Honolulu zoo is very good. Its on the edge of Waikiki. Very nice area, its is not very big so the animals tend to be pretty close. Good way to spend a couple of hours

I think a 3.5 year old might really enjoy the Dole Plantation, there is a train ride, a large garden maze (to do with an adult) and other all ages type of activities. https://www.doleplantation.com/
We took our now teens to Maui at those ages and we actually had our daughter learning to snorkel in very shallow areas with a flotation vest/life jacket on. She didnt see much but she loved the concept.
The waikiki aquarium is good for little ones too http://www.waikikiaquarium.org/

My 3 year old liked the botanical garden hike (on paved road) up near north shore. You could totally bring a stroller with the baby.

I'm guessing you're talking about Waimea Valley. I was going to respond with the same thing! We took my (then) 3-year old there last year. It was great. While there are paths that aren't paved, the main path up to the waterfall is paved and very doable with a stroller.

There is a train that goes through Ko Olina. My son enjoyed it. Ko Olina was probably the prettiest place it goes through, and you obviously are already seeing the area because that's where you're staying, but if you have a train fan it's a great option!

That sounds like a great idea. Thank you.

I am going to book the paradise cove luau (she loves shows). Do a catamaran dolphin excursion. Maybe Dole but not sure on that one.
