Aulani help!!

We have 3 studios booked for Aulani in March. The rooms are full and my mom invited her sister to come without checking with me first! There are no 1 br available..only 2 br and I don't have enough points to cover! Wah I don't know what to do!

Bummer! The only thing you can do is tell Mom her sister has to book a cash room, or call her back and say she can't go. What a difficult situation to be put in. That stinks.

Maybe the sister can share a bed with your mom? ;-)

Will it put you over the occupancy level, or just over the number for each to have their own bed? I agree with the previous poster, that if it just means two to a bed and not a breach of the occupancy limit, I'd have the "offender" share with the person she invited. Otherwise, the only choice is for them to get a cash room.

Yikes. Your Mom got you into this mess, she should get you out. She needs to tell her sister "no", or she could pay to have someone transfer points to your account and you can switch to a two bedroom, or she can book a hotel room directly through the resort. If you are maxed at 4 people per studio, there isn't anything you can do other than one of the three choices above.

Try calling the resort itself and explaining the situation. While it doesn't always happen, you may find an understanding manager willing to break the rules to help you get out of a difficult situation. Good luck.
