Aulani Character Breakfast Sept-Oct

Hey.
Just thought I would pass this on.

I called to make a breakfast reservation for 10/27 and was told that during Sept and Oct they will be enlarging the Makahiki.

At this time they do not know where the alternate venue will be so I was not able to make a reservation.

I wasn't aware of the construction and hadnt read it on any boards so I thought I would throw it out there just in case.

Still, can not WAIT to go in Oct!!

Hello Fellow Dis'er- Thanks for the update. I made a reservation for the character breakfast several months ago for the first week of September, the week immediately following the holiday. As far as I am aware, we still have our reservation. I will be waiting anxiously to hear about the renovations and goings on at Aulani for September. We have taken several Disney Cruises and have attended a couple of character breakfasts in the past so I won't be too disappointed if the venue has closed or changed for our upcoming stay. I'm just hoping the construction noise and closures will be at a minimum that week.
