When you work out your budget what do you onclude?

We are only renting a car for a few days. Not the entire trip

I can't remember how much it is for an adult, but I paid $15.70 (including tax) for my daughter for the length of stay pass. It would have been $5 less for a one day pass. They graciously gave me a refund on my son's Rainbow Reef rental after he refused to go in past his knees because the water was so cold.

If you opt to do Rainbow Reef for your children, I highly suggest having them test the water first. The people working there are happy to let you do this and I heard them warn many (other) families that the water is too cold for many young children.

Yep it's cold. My daughter hated it. Some kids are impervious though.

I would price it out. You may find it cheaper or the same to rent the entire time. Then you are in control of your transportation all week.

Yes RR is cool, we were there is June, it's a separate pool and cooler, if you've ever done the one at TL it's similar.

Some kids activities require extra $$ in the Kids Club.

We didn't get mugs we just bought pop at the grocery store and took a cooler down to the pool/beach every day.

We actually spent very little at Aulani. We ate 80-90% in our room and only did the character breakfast and the QS a couple time.

The bulk of our money was on souvenirs which I don't see on your budget at all (towel, t ****s, hat, magnet, Xmas ornament etc).

They keep the water cool because it is better for the fishies…or at least that is what they told us. It felt colder than the ocean!
