August Pin Meet In Atlanta - RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!

I have been hiding latley and haven't been to the world since last September but would love to go to the meet!

And Mel-not everyone has forgotten you

Sounds like a fair amount of us will be attending. It has been so long since I have done any type of pin event! I have to admit that I have been caught up with my other love(Lord of the Rings), and have neglected my pin collecting as of late. I plan on downsizing my collection, so I should have a lot of pins to trade. We also had to cancel our October WDW trip because we are going to London instead! I will need this nice Disney break......

My daughter and I just caught the pin bug on our first trip to Orlando. and we would love to come to the trade, but we're a little intimidated since we have no idea what we're doing. we just collect the pins because we think they are pretty.
can we come, and not look stupid

You are MOST WELCOME to come and trade, or just come and visit with fellow pin collectors. Our Atlanta meet is held in "shark free" waters.

We had several young people trading there last year and is a great way for your daughter to make pin friends her own age.

You're more than welcome to come! I know for a fact that even though a lot of trading goes on, a lot MORE socializing goes on.
And they seem to go out of their way to make sure everyone is having fun.. (or at least they did last year for my mom and I).

We just might have to do this! We like the pins, but we are not totally obsessed with it, yet. We love anything with Lilo & Stitch on it! I have picked up a few pins here and there that I like, but so far we have no real focus. I have never traded a pin, so this might be a good way to learn the ropes before we go back to WDW in December. I have the distinct impression that we will be into pin trading big time by the end of this year. Mickey

Because of goings on at home, we won't be able to make it to the pin meet this year...Unfortunately our first grandaughter to go to college had to pick that week end to leave, and if we weren't here to give her her final farewell, she would never forgive us...in fact we may be going up w/ her..

So everyone have a wonderful time, we all had sooo much fun last year, I am really jealous...so Robin, Leslie, give the guys a hug for us, and enjoy!!!!!
