August Photopass Share?

Is anyone organizing a photopass share in August? If so I would be interested in joining. I've never done it before and it sounds like a great idea!

I might be interested in joining a share too, but I don't think I'd know how to organize it! I'm travelling solo, so I don't think it would be totally worth it to buy my own cd.

I had organized a photopass share last year and everything went very well. Each of us only paid $20 instead of $125. Our group got like 3000+ pictures collectively!!!

I am going again in late August (Free Dining promo) and planning to organize another photopass share for August 2009. If anyone else would like to participate, please PM or email me at disneyphotolover@yahoo. com your travel date, your name and email address so I can email you the details. It is important that our travel dates are within a 30-day period (maximum) due to the photopass expiry policy. I will pre-order the CD and burn a CD for each family with just their own pictures.

Please be aware that on the budget board as of friday all swaps that require a monetary transaction between swappers will be locked. I am not sure if they are going to do this on all the boards but I thought that I would give you a heads up.

Thanks disneynuts. I wasn't aware of the new rules. I am not sure why they decided to disallow this especially under this economic condition. I have been spreading words about this website how I saved lots of $$$ last year.

So hurry up, if anyone would like to join us, please write down my email address disneyphotolover@yahoo.com and drop me an email since we will be unlikely to use this forum for our sharing purpose. I will need to know your travel date (first date and last date at the WDW ) and your email address (the one you will check frequently) as well as your phone number just in case we need to get in touch. Hi everyone, thanks for joining our group share. As you all know, this thread might be locked tomorrow (Friday). So please email me your information so I can have a total count then calculate the cost for each. To make things easier, could you please provide me with the following info in your email:

1. Your name and DIS nickname
2. Email address (you will check frequently)
3. Travel date
* first date at park:
* last date at park:
* available date to upload/edit pictures:
4. Address with postal/zip code (so I can check shipping cost)
5. Phone number (for emergency contact)
6. Payment method (paypal/check/money order)

I will update tomorrow based on what I received. After tomorrow, we can only communicate via email. So please check your email next week until you got my confirmation that I received your payment. Then we can all relax and enjoy our vacation planning until August. In August, I will then update/remind you via email step-by-step how to use our photopass share account. Again, please check your email frequently before and after you come back from your vacation so we can finish uploading/editing our pictures according to our schedule in order to meet the 30-day photopass restriction.
