August park reservations? Not yet released?

We are Enchant Key holders and have a reservation at the DL hotel in mid August.
When I try to make park reservations, it shows up that August is not available yet to book.
Does anyone know when August will be released for booking? Any guesses?
Thanks

I'm theme park reservation booked for all days. My end date is August 15th.

I couldn't access the reservation system through my hotel reservation link or app. I had to go to the website and theme park reservation calendar and then re-insert my hotel reservation number and was able to access the calendar and book all dates. It was a cumbersome experience. I don't think that Disney's IT is working in a seamless manner? I'm not trying to dump on Disney IT but I think there is something awry.

I believe key holders only have 90 days, even if they are using the hotel bucket, but I could be wrong. The 90 day window is still in July at this point, so that could be it!

Oh that could be it. I didn't know it was only a 90 day window.
Thanks

It’s a well-known fact that Disney IT is terrible. Dump on it all you want, it’s a common problem that Disney has no interest in fixing.

Dump on it all you want,
Respectfully, I choose to believe that the CMs inside TWDC IT division are trying to do a good job even if the end product isn't always great. So, for clarity, I try to not dump on folks, Disney or otherwise. I don't know why the IT problems exist and I am willing to admit that it very well could be that Disney hasn't spent the money necessary to maintain and improve it like it should.

Thank you!! While I agree that there a some IT problems most folks fail to realize the amount of information and databases involved in a company as big as Disney. Just the app for example has information of tickets, reservations, ADRs, Genie+ LL, hotels, VQ, games, APs, DAS, etc etc. It's headache inducing just thinking about how much that takes to balance and maintain.

I’m not talking about dumping on the individuals doing the IT work, I am talking about Disney as a company cutting corners on IT when it’s now so integral to their business. It has to be very frustrating for the people that work in that department to not have the resources they need to improve their product and fix known problems within the system. That is 100% the company’s fault and guests utilizing Disney’s products need to continue to communicate to the company that their lack of investment in IT is unacceptable, especially when they have moved to a model where nearly every single experience just about requires some sort of tech to participate - dining reservation, mobile ordering, mobile checkout, park reservations, tickets sales, etc. It’s ridiculous that Disney has moved to this model and has seemingly done nothing to improve its systems. Like I said, that has nothing to do with the actual CMs doing the IT work.
