Hi everyone.
Sorry I've been behind on keeping the first post up to date.
After the 10 mile race, my training plan had three days off from running... first time since April that I went that long without running. I probably could have run yesterday and been fine, but I decided to just follow the plan.
Yesterday, I did do an hour of work on the bathroom remodel, so I'll count that... sweating bullets tearing out sheetrock and going up and down stairs with loads of debris... I think that counts.
This morning was back to running... 73 degrees and 100% humidity... it was really foggy and at times felt like I was running through a cloud.
4.1 miles in 49 minutes.
Total for the month is 315/1600
First post is updated with all the great progress in my 3 days away...keep it up everyone!!
