August Exercise Challenge - Moving Through The Dog Days Of Summer - 25 challengers!

Signed up for a four mile race today in my town. Did more walking than running, it was 82 degrees and apparently 98% humidity??? The clock time at my finish was 57 min. And I probably started about a minute after the clock time. Had a lot of fun, despite the heat!!! I was happy cause that is definately a PR for me!!!

Hi Everyone: Did an 80 minute walk today, pushed really hard and logged almost 2 minutes per mile faster than my normal pace, so feeling really proud of myself. Brings me to

The DH and I made it to the park on Saturday morning for our longest run yet of 90 minutes! That should put me at 130/500!!:cheer2:
 
Hi, everyone! I hope you had a great weekend!

I did 8 miles on Saturday (DL 1/2 marathon training) and we walked for 3+ hours Saturday night at Longwood Gardens (counting 2 hours of it). This morning I had 45 minutes of personal training (kettle-bells, push-ups, and Turkish Get-Ups) and 45 minutes on the bike.

My new total is 544/1600.
 
Hate to follow keenercam because WOW!!!! Awesome!!

But this morning I did 30 min. Elliptical 40 minutes weight training. 20 min. Treadmill.

So that brings me to 290/1600

An hour Werq class this morning followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill and an hour Strong class brings me to:

It's hot here so am being a sloth. Should have run this morning cuz my walking partners couldn't walk. But I was lazy, slept in, and just went for a 1.85 mile walk. Tomorrow's a new day. And, heck, I may start choppig our tree some more tonight!
 
I went for a 4.4 mi run/walk today in 55 minutes. That plus 20 minute warm-up comes to 75 minutes. I also did 30 minutes of strength training, bringing the total for today 105 minutes.
