August Exercise Challenge: "Every Day is a Good Day for Disney - AND for Exercise"


Good Morning, and happy "Silly Saturday" to all! Today I have a fun character photo just because I liked the perspective:

The team continues to do a great job, and we are so close to purple! I'm sure we'll be there by the next official update.

My own report is just 10 minutes (360/620) but we have two other team members changing color this morning:

I love that picture! It's so cute. Poor Donald, barely in the frame.

Went swimming for an hour last night to put me at 521/1000! This weekend, I'm aiming on doing a lot of exercise. Gotta make up for the cupcake I ate. It was delicious, but I felt like my hard work was for naught. Ah well, I'll find a balance eventually.

So I had to share a funny story at the pool. Me and my boyfriend were swimming, and about to be done when he goes, "There's a bug on your head. Don't freak out, just duck under water." I hate bugs so I duck under, only for the bug to come back when I come back up. I freak and am like hightailing it out of the pool. My poor boyfriend then gets the bug on his head. The next few minutes, he's trying to duck under and get this bug away from it. It was a huge horsefly, and would not stop coming back! Me and the lifeguard just watched him helplessly shake all over and keep going underwater. Then we ran out of the pool and home(it was a community pool, we live right next to it) and my boyfriend just goes, "I did more exercise running away from that fly than I did the whole time swimming!" That darn horsefly, it was terrifying!

Probably no exercise today since we're about to drive almost 3 hours over the mountains to see grandma and grandpa. Subway for lunch it is then back home. We're a bit hazy here; I'm sure it'll be much worse over there! Stupid fires.

We're on the homestretch. We can do it! :cheer2:

22nd - 18 minutes yoga
23rd - 81 minutes run/walk
& - 10 minutes yoga for post run

Need to get back on track! I am lacking in motivation, time, & energy!!!
