August Challenge...post your totals!

Hi Ladies,

I have been terribly busy this month, and haven't stayed on top of the challenge. I have no idea who has the most pages. Would you please post your totals here, so I can get the prize to the winner.

I think PattyT was ahead...but don't know anymore.

I tried to do a quick summary and I only completed one 2 page spread. That's pretty sad - huh?!?! I did however find that I had completed around 36 various paper piecings so the month wasn't a total loss. I find that when I'm not up to "all out scrapping" I can sit and work on piecings and still feel I'm getting things accomplished. Most of these items will be for our cruise album, but I did complete a few for Disney.

I was pretty pathetic this month. I finished 6 layouts total. I was hoping to finish 30 layouts. I guess, I'll have to try again next month.

Only 27 pages here... about half of what I did last month!

I think I complete 10 pages! LOL! But hopefully now that school has started and both my kids will be in school I can find the time to scrap!

Oooh Spinning, I beat you by one whole page LOL.... I was able to get 11 pages done this month. I'm with you Lisa. I got alot of prep work done for our Washington DC trip. (15 more days and counting! !! !) Also was able to do 7 diffrent cards for upcomming events.

Speaking of cards, I bought the card and envie maker from QVC last month and I love it. I made my sister's birthday card for this past weekend and everyone was nuts over how great it turned out. I'm going to use it also to make small pockets to hold memoriabilia in my albums too.

The challenges go like this:

PattyT, the winner of August's challenge, will start a thread soon that says "September challenge." As you complete scrapbook pages through the month of September, periodically post how many you have done on the thread. We all give each other praise and encouragement and it's just fun. PattyT will keep track of who does the most pages, and the winner will receive scrapbook supplies from PattyT (she will post what is up for grabs at the beginning of the month). Then the winner for September will host the challenge for October and supply the prizes for October. It's just that simple! Hope you join our group!
