August Car Rental

For those of you have problems getting an inexpensive car in August try renting at a location other than the airport. I just got a mid-size car for my sister at Alamo on International Drive for $395 for two weeks. I used the Walmart ID 430710 and coupon code AD1336ADK. The base rate was more than $50/week less and there's no airport fee.

Do they let you combine the coupon with the Walmart code? I thought the coupon couldnt be combined with another discount?

The reservation took it and applied both the ID code and the coupon code. I printed out the coupon too just in case she's asked for it.

I don't know Orlando thatr well- but how would you get to that car rental location? Taxi??

I'd take at taxi. Last year it was about $20 from the airport to our hotel on International Drive.
