Yeah we all book at the same time but you're a bit more awake than I'll be!! Hopefully I'll hit all the right buttons!!! I'm hoping there won't be any issues but I'll still log in at 12:00:01 to ensure that I get what I want. Course I'll probably get to the excursion and find I'm the only one!!! And yes, I know they would cancel it if that were really true!

We are still slightly undecided on our shore excursions, such as do we want to book thru Disney or use vendors in Toursaver, etc. We will have to hammer it out tonight after dinner.

Also, how big of a deal is it to change from 2nd seating dinner to 1st seating at this point?

You can call DCL to ask for the switch to first seating, they may wait list you at this point. Does anyone in your travel party have dietary or health restrictions that would "force" the early seating? If so, you can leverage that and they will send you forms a DR needs to sign, you send them the forms and they will typically move you.

does anyone know if the day we are in tracy arms (3rd day?) considered sea days? i understand tea & brunch is only served on sea days, right?

and one more thing...if we book an excursion, and decide later we didn't want to, can we get a refund? or maybe not...

Yes, the day we are in Tracy Arm is considered a sea day. They do offer Brunch on that day.

As stated by the PP, Tracy arm is a sea day and as of this morning there were still slots available for that day and the last sea day.

If you book an excursion, you can cancel up to 72 hours before we sail (not 72 hours before the excursion) without penalty.

Although we had booked brunch at the 105 day mark, I went back this morning just to check to see if there were still slots for the silver CC members. You can't check availability unless you are in the appropriate booking window. I also checked on Palo tea, but there was no availability that I could confirm ( the only booking slot was on the first day, but that's when we have our reservations, so the computer shows that as available no matter what for us). That doesn't mean there won't be any when you check in. People cancel all the time.

Just remember to save an activity and confirm it right away. If you wait to confirm all your activities all at once, you may lose out on something you really want to do.
