Ive added the John Denver youtube link to the first post as well as put the cruisers who have confirmed booking and listed them in the thread. A few posts up is a link to the John Denver song American Child which is all about Alaska. I had no clue what it was either until I clicked on the link and heard the song. I've never heard the song before but it is a pretty good one.

I don't mind it for a thread title now that we know what it means, but that's as far as I'll go with it. If others want a shirt with it on that's fine with me.

So excited, just finished booking this trip for the whole family. All seven of us on the Wonder again. We have three cabins on deck 2. Can't wait to cruise again with the grandchildren. They keep asking when they are going on the "Mickey Boat".

oh.... what did you not like about it? What I loved about it was the "Going up to Alaska"... it just felt vibrant to me.... Like something you could sing around the house (or in my case, around the classroom.... )

But I am very sensitive to not liking something... I really did not like our motto for our last cruise, but everyone else seemed to love it.... so I can relate to your not liking American Child....

I'm so glad we have another cruise booked next summer because this one is so far away and those numbers confirm that. Just trying to figure out if we are going to jump on the Wonder in January for a 3 day cruise.
