my biggest worry about this new dining its getting to the shows. For late seating problably not an issue, but for early, I would suspect those with the latest show times would be the last ones at the shows, therefore you would always be stuck in the back.

On our last cruise, it never occured to me to change clothes between dinner and the show, so we usually ate, then took a slow stroll around the ship, looked in the shops and were almost always at the doors to the theater just before or as the doors were opening. It really never occured to me to actually do something with that time, I just thought you eat, then you go see a show.

And I know I will probably get laughed at....but was that Cuba stop all a hoax, right??? I thought I actually read it on the DCL website but I really don't know where my mind is lately!!!

MJ what you saw was infact correct. JGE should be contacting you shortly to set up excursions. Feel free to give them any credit card numbers they might request as well as pre-signed checks(don't worry about the amounts they'll fill that out later)...mark

I am 50 pages behind -- so obviously haven't kept up. Is that true about them holding the boats in the harbor until 9 a.m. in PC? If so, that would really mess up our plane reservations! That means we probably wouldn't disembark until after 10 a.m.

You know it did occured for a sec, wondering abuot the cruisers who had airlines in late morning and kept forget to ask Mark about it since he is in charge of the bus transfers....although i didn't really have to worry myself since i have a 6 PM flight!

Yes that was part of the secret that I couldn't tell you last week and yes Peter did announce it. The secret was the whole newsletter. That was my joke for all of you

Wonderful Jazz. I got a PM from this lovely lady DeniseW that had said her goofy hubby was dining in a lifeboat too. Maybe you'll meet him down there. DeniseW asked if she and her two lovely daughter could dine with us in the dining room, as she wanted some "sane" dinner companions and figures she has been able to convince hubby to go to the lifeboat. If you meet this guy in the lifeboat don't mention anything though.

Just to give you guys a little more entertainment, I created TWO newsletters last week. Now if two days before the newsletter came out I would have admitted knowing it was April Fools Day, would I have had a shot at fooling anyone? Doubtful! At that point, the Fools issue was done and would have been hours of time wasted.

If I've offended anyone in anyway by doing an April Fools issue of the newsletter, I apologize.
