OK, I see it now. I was just paying attention to the meeting times at the dock. (Those haven't changed if I'm reading everything right, right? :teeth: )

Listen, all I'm concerned about is getting myself to the meeting time on the dock. Once I do that I figure the excursion company is responsibe for keeping track of me after that! :rotfl:

So, are you and our SOF Clearwater residents gonna meet-up while you are down there?
No, this is a 100% non Disney trip, not visits with DISers, no theme parks, nothing! Since this is my husbands trip, he gets to do all the picking of activties. It will be all the nicer the meet those Fools on board.

I don't remember reading this clause in my cruise contracts...

/me runs to get his cruise documentation.

Actually it wasn't :)
It initially said 0830 and the trip left at 1000 hours and the second left at 1330 hours and the trip left at 1400 hours, when it actually leaves at around 0930 hours for the morning one and 1430 or so in the afternoon. Nancy had asked for clarification.
I wasn't aware that Disney had been down there either, and know I hadn't put that information anywhere.

Cheers,
Grumbo
Okay, let me see if I have this straight now.

Originally, the pick-ups at the dock were listed as 8:30 & 13:30 and the rafting times were listed as 10:00 & 14:00.

Now, the pick-up times remain the same, but the rafts are actually leaving at 9:30 and 14:30.

This makes more sense, because before there was 1-1/2 hours between pick-up and raft leaving for the morning excursion, but only 1/2 hour between pick-up and raft leaving for the afternoon one. Since it's a 45min-1 hour drive to get to the raft, that 1/2 in the pm wouldn't have been enough time to get there.

Thanx for finding out for us anal Fools, Grumbi! :love2:

Sort of off-topic.....Any one gonna be at DL May 29th to 31st and have time or desire to meet up for a bit??? We have res at Goofy's Kitchen for early dinner Sat. night, res for special seating for Electic Parade Sun. night (I know, waste of $$$, but being single parent traveling with special needs teenager and baby, it's worth the convenience!!), and res for breakfast at Storytellers Tues. morning. Would love to meet up, if only for a few minutes!!! ~Jen

I'm just giddy with all of the Happiest Celebration on Earth festivities!

I mean Disneyland only turns 50 once!!!

The more I think about it the happier I am that we'll be visiting the park for the first time on such a momentous occasion.

Oh, and I thought all of the Fools should get together somewhere at the Disneyland Resort and snap a picture of the entire group wearing our golden Mickey Ears!

Uh what day is the Golden Mickey Ears photo being done?
I think Jazz and I are buying rope for the Canal Water skiing excursion. Otherwise we'd have been there with bells on :sad2:
Trust me ;)

Grumbo, could you take Phil with you and Jazz? The idea of Mickey ears on him just isn't right. And he'd be the first to tell you that. He used to have a Goofy Hat that the kids got him. He refused to wear it anywhere but the Magic Kingdom. And then strangely it disappeared after we got home. Never to be seen again. Kids never bought him another hat. :rotfl2:

Must tell Phil to visit the DCLs' new site. Sounds like it is really neat.

Melinda, welcome back! We have all missed you.

Yea, it is almost exactly a year ago that we or should I say I, booked this cruise. We have all these friends to look forward to meeting and enjoying our trip with.

Booked this wonderful cruise 1 year ago today. Happy 50th DL!

Glad to hear some of the pixie dust is working.

FIL was not admitted to the hospital yet. He is visiting another doctor tomorrow for the horrible circulation in heis feet. He may need bypass surgery in both legs. He also needs to see another cardiologist and will probably need a cardiac cath and maybe some type of surgery for that as well.

Thanks for the info on the new DCL site.

Wow so is this the one year that we've been waiting for that elusive TRIP REPORT!!!!!! :rotfl2:
You're right it doesn't seem that long. This must be one heck of a trip report if its taking this long!!!!!!!

Cheers,
Grumbo ;)

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

No, that's not the trip report we are waiting for.........

It's from their cruise last August!

LOVE the new siggy Kmiles!

Jenn, I'm pretty open to at sea days for brunch. I haven't a clue about dates for dinner though.

Tried to sign into the site: had my name, Victoria's birthdate - my birthdate was wrong and it took a phone call for my CC # to work.

Otherwise I'm having fun on the site. More stuff to do!

Nice to read some good news from fellow passengers. I hope for even better news tonight!

Quite nice today. Temps are around 80 with heavy cloud cover. Had a few light showers but nothing major.

It IS quiet - just when I don't want it to be! I'm working from home this afternoon - Lara's school called and asked me to pick her up since she wasn't feeling well.

(I need another 125 posts to hit 1000 - maybe by August??)

I called the Castaway Club -- to get Benita & my #'s. Had a nice conversation with the cm, who told me -- they are doing a "soft" opening - and not to post it on the DIS boards

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I also noticed on the main page the had my street name mispelled but on the profile information it was correct.

JWeiss -- I would go with sea days for the brunch & dinner --- any day is fine with us.
