We just booked this cruise last week (we have a GTY room, and haven't been assigned yet) and are SO excited! It's our first cruise ever! Getting up to speed with these boards

Going on the cruise are:
Me (Lissa) - 38
DH -36
DD1 - 9
DD2 - 8

My sister booked this over 1.5 years ago while on a Bahamas cruise - so we are travelling together, but won't be on the same deck or anything like that...
My sister - 43
her DH - 44
their 3 kids - dd1 - 9
dd2 - 7
ds1 - 5

We are leaving our baby girl (20 months) behind - which I'm still more than a little nervous about - but it was SO much more expensive to bring her, and she wouldn't remember it - and would limit our excursions - plus just travelling cross-country with her could be challenging. So the rational choice is to leave her behind - but gosh, the emotional one is so hard!

I know we're behind the curve on all of this - but are looking forward to catching up!!!

Welcome Lissa! We too have a GTY room as well....I'm a bit of a planner and not knowing where our room is drives me a bit batty! We booked this cruise while on a Bahama cruise in February and they had no more verandahs except the GTY ones.... Hopefully we will know soon!

Looks like we just missed the cutoff for the FE too, just got back from the Aulani so weren't online much. I had to explain to my DW how it worked and she got really excited and started coming up with a bunch of ideas.

If we can't do it this time, we'll make sure to get in early on our next cruise.
