This sounds so awful and painful. Having Plantar Fascitis - I know that foot problems can be just horrible. Do you think you will rent a scooter if you can't handle all the walking in WDW? I think it may be a smart idea. Although - I really hope it gets better before you go. (((Hugs)))

I'm feeling much better now that I've allowed myself to be satisfied with less accomplished.

I don't think I would use a scooter. I'm hoping not trying to push it too much will make it tollerable. I'm looking forward to having the whirlpool tub in the room though!

Well - despite my own misgivings, I did manage to finish my entire auction bag set... It was 12 straight hours in my sewing room yesterday - but it's finished. Phew! I will have pictures posted before I go to work today.

Alli started packing a bit yesterday... I made a list for the girls of what I need in each of their bags... Sad story ahead... Alli told me last night that she will only carry her Up bag in the parks... She is bringing a Vera Bradley bag to carry at all other times... And it isn't even a nice one - it's an old ratty one. Makes me so sad... I put so much work into her bag. I am hoping, once we get to Disney - the need to be fun will over ride the need to be cool, and she will change her mind.

After dinner last night, I drafted the pattern for my last park bag... I am very excited about it! I even started cutting it out... I hope it won't take long to make, since I am only planning a simple applique for it. I hope to have it completed sometime on Saturday.

Then I will start to tackle all the other accessories I was hoping to get to... I am certain that none of them will have appliques, but I would like to make wallets to coordinate with the Up! bag, Monster's Inc. bag, Jiminy bag, the bag I am making, and finally the liner for Alli's Up bag. As long as I don't put appliques on the wallets, I can make them pretty quickly.

Today is my last working day at Target... Let's hope it goes fast, because my mind will be here at home and all I have yet to accomplish.

I've been embarrassed to come tell you how little I've done. I had hoped to make a few things but just didn't have it in me. I did take Lizzy's Pooh backpack that I made 2 years ago apart-the straps frayed on it. I will replace the cheap purple webbing with a higher quality black webbing. Putting it back together again should be easier than taking it apart.

I've decided I have to be happy with just that as I can't handle the stress of anything else. I feel bad that Emma now has more that fits than Joe & Lizzy but they seem OK with that. Due to my work schedule it is easier for me to sew for May than August.

No worries about not getting everything done that you wanted to before your trip. At least you are going to DISNEY I'm sure the kids feel the same way. I hope you can take it easy on your foot during the trip.

I agree, I love this bag and I can imagine how it looks in real life because that fabric is gorgeous (but doesn't photograph well). What a wonderful bag to carry in the parks and I love the glass slipper

No etsy shop for me but I think Chiara does have a link. I know Beth can make danglers too.

I love seeing all the pictures of bags with their danglers. I liked how Alli chose the different themed danglers. I figured she would pick and choose which ones she used on the different park days. Someday I need to hear why Jasmine is her favorite. I figured it would be Alladin

Love all the designs that Chiara made for you guys. I love the idea of swapping out the designs on the tanks. Even if you just take off the felt designs and use the tank tops as is it is better then having a shirt that only gets worn once.

Chiara gets extra bonus points for pleasing a teenager. Those necklaces are so cool. V looks so happy wearing her necklace and A obviously loves hers too based on the fact that she is wearing it and thus NOT able to get a picture.

Glad to hear you got your auction bag done. Your trip is getting so close, try not to stress too much. After this past weekend's visit and horrible drive I am sure you guys are wiped out. I'm getting excited for your trip and your visit to the water park.

Your vacation is so close now.
My daughter decide that she should unpack all her camping stuff and start packing for Disney World. We leave in a month. Our Disney mail came on monday.
I hope your Target day isn't too boring. That's one thing I never have to worry about at Walmart. Boring is the one thing it isn't. Yesterday we had our photo lab eval. We got an 87 which is very good. If management would do their part we'd do much better.

I love everything! The Coach bag is awesome. I love fairy frost fabric. The Cindy Rags bag is so cute. And the danglers - I really need to get busy and make some for myself. Saturday is already shot this weekend - well not really shot, we are going to my gfs shore home for a party. This is an annual event and sometimes its the only time I get to see some of these people. My oldest dd and her bf are also coming.

So that leaves Sunday for sewing. I need to finish up 3 skorts - they are nearly finished, and then work on a couple more tshirts and hopefully the danglers.

Kat is back at her dad's for recuperation, though she seems to be doing really well. Not sure what the next thing is for her, though I suspect she will be assigned light duty by the Navy.

Only a few more days before your trip! I'm a bit jealous that we won't be able to have dismeet this time. Maybe next year.....
