Just wanted you to know you are in my prayers this morning! I know how frightened you are! You WILL be fine and home before you know it dreaming Disney dreams!! Ruth
Praying for you this morning.
I just wanted to come and say I will be thinking of and praying for you this morning. I hope this surgery provides relief for you.
Also I love the Duffy set. My oldest would love that wallet. I might have to bid on it for him.

Thinking of you today.
D~ I've been lurking around here for awhile and have read all your reports but never posted. You need to know that you inspired me to get back into sewing and trying my hand at quilting! The Duffy bag set is adorable! It's my favorite of anything you have created so far! My thoughts are with you this morning as you go into surgery.
Praying for a speedy & uneventful surgery and recovery!
Lynn

Glad you are home and not feeling too much pain!
The Mickey/Duffy bag is just too darn cute! Still not the right bag for my Cousin so I'll let someone else have it.

So glad your surgery went well and that you had a wonderful surgical team! I know you won't be able to stay resting for long...you just have to be going gangbusters all the time! But, please take it easy and let your family pamper you for the entire weekend.
The auction bag and accessories are wonderful! What a lot of work went into them!!! I just know they will be snapped up in no time.
I am sorry that I just don't have a lot of time to reply... So, I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you, from the bottom of my heart, for all of your thoughts and prayers over the last few weeks - especially yesterday.
As you all read, my surgery went well. The anestesiologist sat with Josh and I for a good 30 minutes before the surgery, he explained everything to me and because of my sleep study and not having official results yet - he assured me that he planned to knock me out as if I had it. So, that was just a huge relief for me. He also said he mixed a good concoction to help with the vomiting and headaches afterwards.
My nurse as aaaah-mazing. Her name was Lynn and she was wearing a pin trading lanyard with Disney pins on it... I knew rigth then and there - not only was she a kindred spirit - but it was a sign that my Dis friends were with me.
I did very well as they were prepping me - which is not normal... Usually I am total wreck - but only a few tears this time... Until they walked me into the OR - then I kind of freaked out. My anestesiologist wasn't the same one who was in the room with me - but this girl was so sweet. Each one of the people in there introduced themselves to me and told me what their job was. They all assured me that they would take good care of me. My new anextesiologist calmed me down with some meds and knocked me right out.
The next thing I remember was barely waking up in my room and Josh right there. I don't remember being in the recovery room at all.
Other than being sooo sleepy (Josh said I laid there for 2 hours and just slept - LOL Poor guy)... Absolutely no woozy stomach at all and no headache at all... This was, by far, the very best surgical experience of my life - they took very good care of me. It was such a relief.
They gave me a nice cup of coffee after I woke and some Teddy Grahams... It felt so good to eat and get some coffee in me. Unfortunately, I was still quite groggy and Josh had to take my coffee from me several times, because I would fall asleep as I was sipping.
We stopped at Target on the way home, I stayed in the car and slept while Josh went in to grab milk and some Teddy Grahams for me - they totally hit the spot yesterday.
Then I came home, listed my auctions, and went rigth back to sleep... I wasn't awake hardly at all yesterday.
I am in some pain right now... It's mostly, I think, from the gas they have to fill you up with to do the surgery... So my shoulders and stomach are very tender and sore - my incisions really aren't sore at all. I've been trying to keep up on my pain meds as much as possible. I am still very tired, but I feel really good, and I am very releaved to have it over. To be quite honest - I am very excited that this might be what all of my pain was caused by (I am quite sure it is actually) - because where my incisions are exactly where my pain was located. I am really looking forward to not being chained to Tylenol/ibuprfen/Aleve all of the time and worrying about if it hits me when I least expect it, and not being able to get somewhere that I can lay down comfortably. I am praying that chapter of my life is over.

As most of you saw... I was able to get my auctions listed - that was a huge relief for me. Very happy that I had everything ready to go and I just needed to copy and paste when I got home yesterday.
My HUGE box of fabric came yesterday... Very excited about it - as it contains all of my fabric for every order up until June. I am very excited about all of the fabric choices.
The box also contained all the fabrics I need to make the girls' bags for our trip. Right now, V wants 2 bags and Alli wants 1... However, one of V's bags is not Disney themed.

Since I finished my auction bag earlier this week - I plan to start one of V's bags this afternoon.
I think that's all I have for an update... Again THANK YOU, all of you, for all of your prayers and suppport - it meant the world to me.
D~
