~ Aug 2013~ Sew what... We've gotta find a way back! Part I!!

Since Be Our Guest is new, I would do a Beauty and Beast inspired. I love the wardrobe. I think she would make a cute bag.

Yes, I was thinking princess... Something for CRT or BoG. I think a Beast bag would be cool, or Beast's castle. Or the stained glass of Belle and Beast dancing. By the way, when deciding lunch or dinner there (or both). At dinner, there is a chance to try the grey stuff, usually for special occasions. And the beast has been meeting there.

Or "the new fantasyland" bag.

Can't wait to hear what bag you decide to do!

Ive been to CM for both breakfast & dinner. Wasn't a fan of dinner. Breakfast was good but I like other breakfasts more. Have you ever tried Cape May for breakfast? I've also heard that Wolfgang Puck Cafe (the CS one) has a great breakfast.

For a bag-you will be bringing last years bags won't you? I was going to suggest a four parks one-I see Nini has too. How about Fab 5 or do you have a favorite ride. I always thought it would be cool to make one with a Carosel of Progress theme. I'm sure whatever you come up with will be awesome!

Joining in!! I need to go back and read, but so far your plans sound Terriffic!!! As for bags, I like the Cinderella idea, since you're in a royal room, and going with your girls. Have you seen some of the things the Disney Florist can do? Last year, when we were at the BCV, we were the first room to get the new RFID door, so they sent us a chocolate Mickey, and some tuxedo strawberries, and a basket from the florist, with baloons and other goodies in it. It was pretty cool. They have different princess packages if you wanted to surprise your girls. They may like that.

I like some of the ideas others have posted. Princesses would be great. I haven't seen you do many princess bags.

What about a movie theme? Is there a movie that all 3 of you love and you could do different characters for each bag? Like Buzz, Woody and Jessie if you all love Toy Story.

I like the 4 Parks One World idea also....or do you all have different favorite parks? Could one of you have a HS bag, one an EP bag and one a MK or AK bag?

I'm sure whatever you decide will be wonderful, just like all your bags. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

So excited that your trip is booked! Its nice to get to the rest of the planning. I checked the discount for our stay, ran the numbers a hundred different ways, and was interested in FQ or royal rooms, but because AoA was still cheaper and the pool looks awesome, we decided to stay there this time. We figured DD2 will really enjoy this, and when she's older she will probably enjoy those other places. Your Adr list looks good. We have eaten breakfast and dinner at CM and liked breakfast better. We have had breakfast at CRT and loved it. You'll have to let us know how you like dinner there. And I've heard great things about lunch and dinner at BoG, so we are gonna do both for our upcoming summer trip. Love your mini planner also. Last trip, that was the one thing I wish I had. All my confirmation #s were in my phone, but the cell service for us was soooo slow, I could never pull it up. Could be better with the wifi, but love your idea, and may just laminate a card with the info???

I totally agree - I think AoA is perfect for a 2 y/o... You will have pleanty of time to go to other resorts and I think you made a great choice.

I am afraid that we won't have room for lunch at BoG on any of our MK days, so I think we will have to settle for dinner only. As it is, I am very concerned at which point we are going to squish our TDF sweet cream cheese pretzels in our stomachs... I have a feeling they will be breakfast one day. LOL

I am sure that laminating a card with the info would work just fine, so long as you have it somewhere that it won't get lost.

HDDR is not that difficult to get to. Just take a bus to MK, then the boat to FtW. The boat drops you off right next to Pioneer Hall. Easy peasy. And its a nice boat ride. Kinda eerie because you ride by the old River Country. Its so weird that Disney hasn't torn it down. It is just sitting there rotting away.

Yah - I have a soft spot for defunct amusement parks - I have yet to see RC ever... I have heard great things about it though and seen tons of pics online.

I think the trick is to take the boat to HDDR... I read a ptr recently where they took the bus, and then they had to transfer to the inner resort bus to get to the location of HDDR.

That's a very good mix of ADRs.

We love Sci-Fi! Not for the food, but for the atmosphere. The spinach and artichoke dip is good, but other than that, I don't like any other foods on the menu. Dh is always game for a burger, so he is set, and ds gets a kid's pizza. I do like the all you can drink Vanilla Coke. I think dh got some type of flavoring in Sprite.

I have heard that you have to order burgers there, just because everything else really isn't that good... mmmm... vanilla Coke... I've just sworn off soda for the 3rd time in my life though...

I love Chefs de France! I order off the Pre-Fix menu. The ham and cheese sandwich, french onion soup and creme brulee. We've been hit or miss with Remy. I think we are batting 50/50.

I was thinking of doing that too?

I'm not a CM fan. I hope you have a great experience there!

I hope so too... I have heard really great review and really poor reviews. :confused3

BOG, I just loved! Did you see both my lunch and dinner review on the Adult Side of Disney's blog?

I did not! Do you have a link to it in your TR?

By Pain I mean because you have to get on a bus to a park, then on a bus (or boat to Fort Wilderness) and then on a bus to HDDR It was totally worth it for us, V loved it. We had the earliest seating at 5 and we were out by 6:30.

See... That's what I was talking about, all the bus transfers. I guess, if we did an early seating, it wouldn't be so bad... but I am just not sure I want to do any evening entertainment on our days off - I just really want to play those days by ear.

Just wondering if the clip art of the three girls wearing Mickey hats on the your planner is something you came up with or found. So cute!

They are not... I can't remember her Dis name, but she did post down in the Dis-igners thread... When I wanted to use them last year, she was on vacation - so she let me go through her Photobucket album and pick out the people/hats I wanted to use and she gave me permission to build my own person with her graphics... I added the bodies myself from my own graphics - most of the bodies I had to draw out myself in Photoshop, because they were missing parts... It took me days, because I am so picky about things like that looking right. LOL I am sure you could go down to the Dis-igners thread (in the creative community) and find her there, she was always very nice about making things for others... I want to say her name was Terry - but I am not sure???

Hi D, so exciting that you booked!!! Love your planning pages.

I did a split stay even on my short trip because I was so desperate to get into AoA and the logistics of moving is super easy. I had room only so I could see how packages would make it a pain, though.

Thanks Tracey!!! Oh that's right - I'd forgotten that you'd done a split stay. I know that Disney moves you and that part is a breeze... It's the using up of all our dining and passes that poses a problem, and I just don't think it will work out for us - even though we'd love to stay at FQ again, I really think that we are all elated to have such an awesome room (and guaranteed location) at POR.

I've been reading some of your p/t report, we are going around the same time as you staying at POR 8/20-8/28.

Welcome! We should try to plan a Dismeet! :thumbsup2 I love meeting fellow Disers.

We went last year at the same time and had a great trip despite all the rain. I had our days all planned out and then DS19 decided he wanted to come with us but only for 1/2 the trip :sad2: but we were happy he decided to come but it threw a wrench in our plans since I planned 4 park days a day at TL and days off in between but he had less time to cram in and did'nt want to do MK which of course I had planned for the days he was there. So I'm going to attempt to plan our days for this trip and wait and see what he decides.

Hopefully DS won't throw a wrench into your plans again this year. LOL But I bet you were very glad to have him with you.

We love to have days off in between to sleep in have a late breakfast and hit the pool we usually eat at another resort on those days I love to check out the other hotels or eat at DD which is good if it rains we can walk around the stores. I have a list of restaurants we are looking to go to but I'm not as organized as you as I havn't figured out our days yet but I will have to do so soon.

I like to have everything figured out before we make our ADRs, because we never do park hoppers, so it's just easier. My girls always think I plan too obsessively when it's so far away, but then they realize that if we didn't do all this planning, our trip would be a lot less fun. It's all good - they love to plan, they just get to the eye rolling a bit to early in the planning stages. LOL

I love your Donald duck bag your are very talented.

Thanks! I loved that bag too - but there is no way I can carry it ever again, since DD signed his big ol' signature in black right over the top of his face... Still a bit bitter about it.

We also considered going in the Nov when I would have a couple days off school since I work a teachers aide but we also like the idea of being able to take a longer trip more in the summer and more time to relax as well. Linda :)

Yes, I am kind of in the same boat... I just really want to go and not have to worry about the girls missing school. I know it's more fun to go when it's cold here and warm there, but for the next few years, I think that we are just going to have to resort to going in the summer, and hope for the best. I have heard that the end of Aug is a great time to go - and since the girls don't start school again until after Labor Day - it works out really well for us.

I'm trying to flex the budget and stay at a deluxe resort for the 2014 trip - at least part of the time. (It will be our 10th anniversary trip, after all) So, that might be a good choice for CM. Just to make Ruthie happy.

That would be awesome Lois! Which resort are you thinking of staying at?

Oooh, I want to get back to sewing, but until I get a straight diagnosis of my back/shoulder/ what have you, I'm trying to be good and not stress my left shoulder. Which means little to no sewing. Which means no wonderful theraputic catharsis of swearing at the machine, the thread, the fabric, the pattern, and possibly the table too.

ROFL - you make me laugh until I cry sometimes...

I am so sorry about your shoulder, I sure hope it heals very quickly for you, and you are back to sewing in no time.

But I finally gave in to my family and friends who keep up with everything on Facebook and signed up for an account. So I do have things to do.

You should PM me your info, and I will go friend you... Then you can "like" my fan page too. :thumbsup2

Looking forward, as always, to pictures of the new bag.

I am getting there... A few more days, I had some issues - not bag related, but sort of. :rolleyes1

Oh my goodness, I loooooove the purses! They're so awesome!

Hi! Welcome! And thank you! :lovestruc

Okay, Ruthie, I'll plan Chef Mickey for our next trip with our DGD in 2014. First ressie I'll make. Promise!

LOL - Ruthie will be very happy to hear that.

D~ I think your ADRs are really a good mix. We tried the Grand Floridian Cafe for the first time when we were there in December and really enjoyed it a lot! We wanted to see the huge gingerbread house they construct in their lobby anyway, so it was great to kill two birds with one stone.

We have never been to the GF... It kind of intimidates me, I have heard of others that are just average Disers being treated quite badly there. I will, however, make a point of going there when (and if) I ever get to go on my dream Christmas trip.

I'll also second the thought that the food court at Pop is wonderful! I love that your days off will be so relaxing. That's not usually a word one uses to describe a trip to Disney.

I really need to go take a peek at the POP food court menus, and just see if there is anything there that interests us... I have heard that the tie dye cheese cake is TDF!

Not sure if an hour at DQ will be enough. It's got like 5 floors or something? Anyway, we don't do it any more. It's more for your girls ages I think. Plus DH gets sick doing anything "virtual" so, it's no fun by myself!

I just picture is as a giant video arcade and that really doesn't interest me at all, but since we will have a bazillion WPF&M options to use up - now would be the time to sneak in there for a bit and see what it's all about. I just don't want to spend a lot of time in there.

Oh, and I don't know if you and the girls bowl, but Splitsville is open now and sounds like a lot of fun. Also, the movie theater now has dinner and a movie, so that might be fun. I always think if it rains a lot that is what we would do.

I wonder if our WPF&M options would work at Splitsville? We do bowl, and we have a lot of fun doing it, it's just so expensive that it's something we rarely do.

Can't wait to see your latest creation. Glad it "grew" on you too!

Me too - I am excited to show it. It will be a few more days though.

Exiting news for you......beignets at mk at tomorrowland terrace for breakfast.
http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2013/...t-menu-in-magic-kingdom-now-serving-beignets/

Not sure if this is only during main street bakery refurbishment or if it is permanent. I hope it stays, I'd like to try these beignets, and the ham and cheese croissant looks good!

Sewmess, hope your shoulder feels better soon.

Oooh - this is interesting! I bet it is only during the refurb, my guess is that they had to come up with a menu that would accomodate the equipment they had access to in the TT, so they just threw the beignets on the menu because they could make them there. I am sure that once the bakery opens again, they will close down the TT. :( But I will definately double check while we are there.

Another breakfast item I am dying to try (I wanted to try them last time, but I just had no room in my stomach) - but the waffle sandwiches over ... Shoot, were are they???? Oh yah - Sleepy Hallow... They sound sooooo yummy!

So... I am trying to decide what kind of theme I would like to do for our custom bags for this trip...

V has given me her request (it's not what you think)... Alli has given me her request (it's probably what you think)... Then there's me...

I am kind of sick of making Donald bags - to be truthful...

So, I am stuck...

What kind of theme do you all think I should have for this year's bag? Remember - I will probably only have time to make ONE (Even though - I'd really like to bring a few and change them out)...

If you could have any bag theme in the world - what would it be?

D~

Why did a quote myself????

Two different themes popped in to my head right away. First would be Winnie the Pooh. Second would be Cinderella. But of course I still love my Lady and the Tramp one!! (I will post pictures once my DH gets them off the camera and I get them uploaded. )

Great ideas.... I am looking forward to seeing pictures!

Princess themes. #1 you haven't done much in princesses. And #2 you are staying in a Royal Room...how perfect! Each of you can have a different princess

I know I haven't done much princess work - I am just not a very "Princess-y" person?

First off, if you wanted to do HDDR (which I know you aren't doing this time around) its easiest to take the boat from MK, its a very short walk from the boat dock to the Pioneer House. After the show, the resort has buses waiting to take you back to your resort. It really is not a hassle to get there or to get back to your resort - and its a lot of fun!

Oooh - I've never heard that they had the different resort busses waiting for you - that is an awesome feature!

My vote for your park bags is Minnie, Daisy and maybe Tink (or even Clarabelle!)

Oooh - there is one in that line-up that really appeals to me!

Since Be Our Guest is new, I would do a Beauty and Beast inspired. I love the wardrobe. I think she would make a cute bag.

You are right - that would make a very cute bag!

Yes, I was thinking princess... Something for CRT or BoG. I think a Beast bag would be cool, or Beast's castle. Or the stained glass of Belle and Beast dancing.

Hmmmm.... That would be very cool!

By the way, when deciding lunch or dinner there (or both). At dinner, there is a chance to try the grey stuff, usually for special occasions. And the beast has been meeting there.

Grey stuff???? Not sure that it even sounds appealing? LOL

Or "the new fantasyland" bag.

Can't wait to hear what bag you decide to do!

Me too! LOL I am so stumped!

How about 4 parks one world....

And, you can't go wrong with Princesses....

Nini

LOL I just don't get into the princesses very much... And just the thought of doing a 4 parks bag... WOW - that would be a lot of work. ::yes::

Ive been to CM for both breakfast & dinner. Wasn't a fan of dinner. Breakfast was good but I like other breakfasts more. Have you ever tried Cape May for breakfast? I've also heard that Wolfgang Puck Cafe (the CS one) has a great breakfast.

I have not done Cape May for breakfast... We did it last year for dinner, and we are not sure we'd go back... Remember - that was my crab cracking fiasco. LOL Bad memories there. :rotfl:

For a bag-you will be bringing last years bags won't you? I was going to suggest a four parks one-I see Nini has too. How about Fab 5 or do you have a favorite ride. I always thought it would be cool to make one with a Carosel of Progress theme. I'm sure whatever you come up with will be awesome!

I am not sure if I will be bringing last year's bags or not? I only had 3... Donald, the AK zebra one and the Test Track messenger. The Donald one is wrecked (thanks to an over eager Donald putting his signature in black sharpie right over the top of his face), so I really can't carry that one again. I am still kind of upset about it. I didn't enjoy carrying the Test Track messenger - I liked the bag well enough, it's just too big for me. I will see if one of the girls wants to carry it however, otherwise, I just might end up auctioning it. I might carry the AK zebra bag though... I will see... I did carry it for a while here at home, and it is quite a bit more used than the others.

I did have a new idea for a Donald bag last night - so I might make another Donald bag for myself - because it just doesn't seem right to go with out one, ya know?

Oooh... A CoP bag - now that is very interesting too... That is one of our favorite must dos on every trip. :lovestruc Such a classic! And as I was typing that - I just came up with another idea for a bag...

**********************************************************

Thanks for all the bag idea help everyone... I think I have an idea for bags... But shhhhh - don't tell anyone! You will all see them soon enough. :thumbsup2

Yesterday was a super productive day in my sewing room. I finished up my current order - very happy to have it done. It turned out awesome, and I can't wait to show you all. But, due to circumstances beyond my control - it will be a few more days. Sorry.

Once I finished my order... Josh's work phone rang (he is on call most weekends) - so he had to run to the hospital for an emergency - once he gets there, he has to stay for a 4 hour minimum... Which meant, it became a working day for me.

Well, I came up with a brainy idea to do a bag for my upcoming auction on Thursday... Nothing like cutting it close - right? So, I rushed upstairs, cut it all out... Quilted it... And I even managed to get the applique cut out and put together. It is my goal to finish the bag today or early tomorrow... Because I still have a complicated order to do this week. :faint:

So, I am pleased that I will have a bag to auction this time around - as I really need each monthly auction to, at least, be a bag - so I can pay off this trip asap.

Then... Remember how the girls really want to eat at CRT in a bad way??? Well, I told them, that if they want to eat there, they'd have to pay for a portion of it... We are such mean parents - but I am sorry - that is an expensive meal, and I think there would be a lot more appreciation there if they helped fund it. So, V came up with an idea... She is going to make a bunch of pin trading lanyards to auction off. So, those will be auctioned in seperate auctions along with my monthly Thursday auctions. I think it's a great idea - honestly. She made two of them yesterday (super cute) - she picked out the fabric/theme and sewed them all her self. Honestly, I bet if I didn't tell you that she made them, you'd never know. I scrutenized every stitch and they are perfect. So, hopefully people will scoop them up - they will be priced just right. :thumbsup2

I feel like I am forgetting something again??? Hmmmm....

Well, I must get myself up to my sewing room - need to devote some good time to this bag today, and get it finished, so it doesn't interfere with my regular schedule.

I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday! :lovestruc

D~

I like the four parks one world...simple icons for each park would work...

What is Ali's favorite? I know V's is Goofy...the only thing that stans out for Al is the UP bag...

OOh I can't wait to see the lanyards and your auction. I may just have to get C a new lanyard as a valentines day gift. J couldn't care less.

I think you should make some GAC holders to auction off.

I missed the whole bag discussion but my first instinct was princesses.

Can't wait to see the new bag either.

Good luck with your sewing. I am hoping J will nap since he was up so early.

You could do a 4 parks if you did it as simple as I did my shirts last May-just a simple icon for each park.

At church this morning I saw a WDW postcard on the bulletin board that had a photo in each letter of "DISNEY". That would be cool too-but a lot of work.

My DS loves CoP! He has the CD set from the 64 World's Fair and Santa just brought him a book on the 64 World's Fair this year. I would love to make him a bag but I couldn't really come up with a design I thought I could do (the gears would be cool but would folks get it?-I guess only he has to get it) and Keep it masculine enough. He also loves Tomorrowland Transit Authority but couldn't come up with a good idea for that. And he LOVES Horizons (even though he's too young to have actually ridden it!). That would be a bit easier to do just that logo.

You could bring a piece of fabric for Donald to sign on and then use that in a bag for your next trip. HEY.....I could bring one in May and send it to you.

I wouldn't worry about GF! I've been there plenty and NEVER felt out of place. Most times have been in regular "park wear". Grand Floridian Cafe is nice. 1900 Park Fare has a great breakfast. I tend to go late in the morning when it is a bit quieter there. The characters are still there and you tend to get a bit extra attention because there aren't too many guests still there.

Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder. I totally forgot that you could take the boat from Ft. Wilderness to MK.

D~ Can't wait to see your new bag. I'm so impressed that you got so much done on your auction bag. Your restaurant choices sound great and yummy.

Boy work sure kicked me in the butt last week and I am so far behind again on everything. I did find your ADR's and they sound great. I'm not a fan of Chef Mickey's for breakfast or dinner but, if I had to pick one, it would definitely be breakfast. If breakfast is what you are looking for, I would strongly suggest Kona a the Poly or Boma at the AKL.

Joining in!! I need to go back and read, but so far your plans sound Terriffic!!! As for bags, I like the Cinderella idea, since you're in a royal room, and going with your girls. Have you seen some of the things the Disney Florist can do? It was pretty cool. They have different princess packages if you wanted to surprise your girls. They may like that.

Welcome! I will look into the Disney Florist... I don't normally splurge on things like that - after all, the trip itself is spendy enough. LOL

I like some of the ideas others have posted. Princesses would be great. I haven't seen you do many princess bags.

You are right - I have not done many princess bags... :confused3 Hmmm... What princess would I choose???

What about a movie theme? Is there a movie that all 3 of you love and you could do different characters for each bag? Like Buzz, Woody and Jessie if you all love Toy Story.

I thought this was a great idea! I asked Alli last night, and I got the :scared: look... Grrr... Why do teenage girls have to be so difficult?

I like the 4 Parks One World idea also....or do you all have different favorite parks? Could one of you have a HS bag, one an EP bag and one a MK or AK bag?

This thought has crossed my mind... I might have to do some sketches and see if I can figure anything out. :thumbsup2

I'm sure whatever you decide will be wonderful, just like all your bags. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Thanks!

I like the four parks one world...simple icons for each park would work...

What is Ali's favorite? I know V's is Goofy...the only thing that stans out for Al is the UP bag...

Alli's favorite it Up... But she didn't choose Up this time. :smokin: And V didn't choose Goofy. :faint:

OOh I can't wait to see the lanyards and your auction. I may just have to get C a new lanyard as a valentines day gift. J couldn't care less.

I am pretty excited about them actually... She picked out some great fabrics, and they are reversible - so even better! :thumbsup2 They are a great little project that she can totally do herself, and I don't have to help out too much.

I think you should make some GAC holders to auction off.

I am hoping to for the Feb auction... If I do - that will have to be a bonus auction though.

I missed the whole bag discussion but my first instinct was princesses.

I am really not big into the princesses... However, there is one princess I would consider doing...

Can't wait to see the new bag either.

I do have a few new bags to show... I have been very busy making them - I just can't show them yet. :rolleyes1

Good luck with your sewing. I am hoping J will nap since he was up so early.

Thanks! I saw that Mr. J went down early yesterday -I hope you were able to get a lot done.

You could do a 4 parks if you did it as simple as I did my shirts last May-just a simple icon for each park.

I love ya!!! It's not often that I get "simple" requests, LOL... I am not even sure I could do simple. LOL I will have to venture out and see if anything out there appeals to me.

At church this morning I saw a WDW postcard on the bulletin board that had a photo in each letter of "DISNEY". That would be cool too-but a lot of work.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I could easily do that in Photoshop... Applique - well maybe?

My DS loves CoP! He has the CD set from the 64 World's Fair and Santa just brought him a book on the 64 World's Fair this year. I would love to make him a bag but I couldn't really come up with a design I thought I could do (the gears would be cool but would folks get it?-I guess only he has to get it) and Keep it masculine enough. He also loves Tomorrowland Transit Authority but couldn't come up with a good idea for that. And he LOVES Horizons (even though he's too young to have actually ridden it!). That would be a bit easier to do just that logo.

CoP is one of our favorites too... Definately a must do. That book sounds awesome! And I think the gears would work marvelous for a bag. :thumbsup2

You could bring a piece of fabric for Donald to sign on and then use that in a bag for your next trip. HEY.....I could bring one in May and send it to you.

Thanks for the offer - I really appreciate that! :) I am still trying to figure out the whole Donald issue... I came up with an idea for a cute Donald bag, but Alli thought it was dumb. :confused3 I still like it though, and I may just do it anyways.

THanks for the review... It seems that every TR I have ever read does't give them the best reviews - so it's nice to have something else to go on too. I might give them a whirl next time around.

Oh yeah, thanks for the reminder. I totally forgot that you could take the boat from Ft. Wilderness to MK.

D~ Can't wait to see your new bag. I'm so impressed that you got so much done on your auction bag. Your restaurant choices sound great and yummy.

Me too, Liz! I couldn't believe it myself. That never happens to me. LOL

Hi Kathy! Take your time catching up - I know that life gets the best of us sometimes. That was my thought too... Really - who can mess up breakfast? LOL Kona was on my list this time too - it got bumped (again) in favor of O'hana (whatever)... And I have heard that Boma's breakfast is TDF (I think I heard that in your last TR)... We went there for dinner last time and we were kind of "meh" about dinner, so it didn't make our list at all this time. However, I will keep breakfast in mind for our next trip.

*********************************************************

Yesterday was another amazing sewing room day - the entire family slept until 11am... So, I was able to get a lot done and not feel guilty about it.

I finished the applique on my auction bag - WHOOT! I also managed to finish all of my pre-assembly... WHOOT! I made the coordinating lanyard... WHOOT! And I quilted the wallet... WHOOT! So, right away this morning, I am going to do the final assembly on the bag, then I am going to applique the wallet and assemble it. I hope to be completely done with both items before lunch.

Then, I am going to cut out and attempt to quilt my next custom order bag. I hope to have all the quilting done for that today too - but I am not sure that will happen - some of it may drift over into tomorrow. :rolleyes1

I do have a really full schedule for the next couple of weeks - I have a few people scheduled right up to before they leave for their trips, so I am trying to get their orders out the door with a little more breathing room. :wizard:

I hope you all have a wonderful day today. :thumbsup2

Well our favorite princess in this house is Belle ;0)

I was able to do a few things yesterday, some cleaning and purging of Scrapbook stuff and then 2 appliques. The appliques I am doing right now really need to be babysat so it is slower going than usual but I also did cut out the pieces for a RTS skirt :)

have a good day sewing.

fun choices for your ADR's....we had dinner at Le Chefs at 5pm and saw Remy! Sci-Fi we've always had great burgers and good shakes! Chef Mickey breakfast is better....we did HDDR back in 2005 and had a lot of fun...took the boat from MK over and then bussed back to POP.

Ask V to make a Pluto lanyard! I'm not in love with the one I bought off of Ebay and would love a homemade one!

I'm excited for the bag auction this week (or is it next week, I can never keep track). I'm hoping to win one for my Cousin between now and when we go in January 2014 so we can both have them for the trip. I've asked her several times what her favorite movie/character is but she never answers me. :confused3 She may just get one that I like if she doesn't tell me!

Idea for your auction...I am hoping for some boy friendly GAC holders...but I have time...we aren't going until December!
